I do not blame the Wheat Ridge Colorado Police Officers for being angry that an owner of a Pit Bull who was inside of a trailer on Saturday June 22 when the police officers had to use a crowbar to open the door and get the dog out of the trailer who had been in a parking lot for three days.in an neighborhood.
The police were able to get the dog who had been suffering from heat related issues out safely.
The dog was then taken by the police officers into a kennel and take the Pit Bull to the Foothill Animal Shelter where the dog is being taken care of.
The police in Wheat Ridge issued a violation of rabies control, cruelty to animals and an impoundment of the dog plus an investigation.

People who mistreat animals should be prosecuted for sure! Have a good weekend.

I am in agreement with you that people who harm animals need to be punished.

That owner does not deserve to get his dog back, The police should put him in the trailer for a couple of days,
