Tom's Fried Chicken

Tom fixed fried chicken tonight and it was even BETTER. He did put the celery salt and garlic powder on it, but also some poultry seasoning. He floured it with the seasoned All Purpose flour..dipped in egg..then put it in Self-Rising flour. Have to say, it was better than my aunt's chicken tonight. Tom gets an A+
