Can one's biological age be reversed by say - 5, 10 or 20 years? Providing of course one follows a particular diet and makes other lifestyle changes.
A reversal means that a 70 year old can look 5, 10 or 20 years younger. Not only look younger but feel younger because aging and age related illnesses have slowed down drastically. Would you be willing to do what it takes to look and feel younger.?.

If you take lot of fruits and vegetables and keep ourselves hydrated. Taking dry fruits regularly helps me a lot.

This is quite interesting. And it has increased my interest in this. What can be done about that? Are there any routine changes that I should make? I just want to test things and see as to what and how much can be done and what kind of results I can get? I'll really appreciate it if someone puts up a few tips.
Though the aging process is a natural one, if with a few lifestyle changes it can be achieved, I'm up for it.
