Eggs expiration date and omelette with cheese was made

I hated it when i realised i bought eggs on Monday and expiration date was in 2 days.The store is also mean,they could have put a little sale but ok.
I bought a pack of 6eggs, don't like them so much and used them for other things but today, i wanted to try making an omelette and with cheese leftover. I used an online recipe, it said it is an omelette for beginners.
So, this included butter, vegetable seasoning, 2 eggs and gouda cheese, my favourite. I liked it and i ate it with cucumbers. I still have 2 eggs left and i'll make french toast so i can eat it tomorrow.
Do you like eggs or omelette?

@LindaOHio o, thank you and i like their look, they look like egg sweets or something. i just wish we could omit mayonnaise, i don't like it.

yes my mother and wife make eggs for different dishes. I have egg curry with rice. In breakfast everyone eats half boiled egg. omelettes are good

Yes, to a certain extent. I do enjoy omelettes. A frittata is also good.

I am no longer a big egg fan but I do like having some occasionally, One of my favorite egg dishes in corned beef has topped with eggs sunny side up,

I like eggs in general and can have them any day (if not every day!). I make omelets out of leftovers like ham or bacon. Cheese omelet is what I usually make when there's nothing else to grab from the fridge or pantry.
This morning, I pushed myself to go to the small market just outside our apartment and buy fresh eggs. I'd been utterly disappointed with eggs purchased online or from big groceries - they don't taste good and they have weird texture for some reason. It's really best to get eggs from a farmer's market.
