Eye and neck exercises

These are very simple exercises that I do every day. Our daily activity does not give the kind of movement that is required both for the neck and the eyes.
In the case of the neck. You just bend your neck forward and keep in that position for 10 second bring it back to normal, turn the neck to your right and keep it there for 10 seconds, bring the neck back to the normal positiion and turn the neck to your left and similarly turn back the neck. This will give the neck the moverment it requires
As for the eyes, you look at a distance and stay for 10 seconds and then look near you and stay for 10 second, without moving the head look to the left and then to the right and each action for 10 second. You can also roll your eyes

I'm not sure if I would need exercises for my eyes. They got very tired during our month-long stay in the US because of all the scenery that I had to look at and the intense heat of the sun was just crazy they hurt my eyes. We're back in the Philippines now and I'm thankful that it's already the rainy season. I'm loving the gloomy weather.
I did some stretching this morning and it included neck exercises, which felt so awesome. Why does it feel like all the burden is on the neck and the shoulders?

That is why we need those exercises.
You will need eye exercise once what your eyes got on your sight seeing binge wears out.

@allknowing My eye doctor has advised me to look at green fields, wide spaces like parks, or stare at a clump of trees. They say that sitting on a swing and actually swinging can be good too. But I'll probably just roll my eyes when the occasion calls for it.

@almostoveryou I have heard about looking at green fields. My garden is packed with green. I do not wear glasses.

When one bed rests loads of physio therapy exercises are recommened. I had many specially related to my knees, legs and back
