Do You Share This Pet Peeve?

Does it ever annoy you when you're asked (and have to answer) the same question ad nauseum, when you've already answered it sufficiently to the person (or people) asking?
I understand that there are times where clarification is needed, but it does eventually get old to me having to be overly repetitive at times.

I can understand why that would be a pet peeve! Repeating yourself can be frustrating, especially if you’ve already given a clear answer. It’s a common annoyance for many people. If it helps, sometimes it’s useful to gently remind the person that you’ve already covered the topic and see if there’s something specific they’re still unsure about.

Sometimes we think we have answered the question, but the answer was actually insufficient. That's my pet peeve. People who haven't considered maybe the reason I am asking more than once is because the answer did not meet expectations. lol
"Do you think it was okay to be late to work this morning?"
"Well, normally I am on time."
The person believes they have answered the question. In a way maybe they did. Their answer could suggest, "No, but the fact that this is unusual makes it not so bad." But the way it was answered sort of avoids the root of the question.

I haven't run into that; but I can see where it would be aggravating. Have a good weekend.
