Do you like cantaloupe? / myLot

My mom recently bought it. It was sweet and tasty. This is one of the fruits I can tolerate. I tried to make a smoothie with it and it was tasty. I wonder if it's available everywhere. Other melons are better, but I can only taste them. I am thinking of freezing cantaloupe and using it in my smoothies. I make smoothies often. I tried to make a smoothie with cucumber and it was very tasty. This summer I want to try new foods. Have you tried cantaloupe? Do you like it or do you prefer different fruits? This fruit isn't very sweet and this is a good thing.

I enjoy cantaloupe but really like honeydew melon more. There are many great recipes for cantaloupe smoothies. A terrific source to find them is allrecipes.com.

I love cantaloupe. Even if I get an overripe cantaloupe, I just sprinkle a tiny bit of salt on it, and it become perfect once again. Now, I’m thinking I’ll have to add it to my grocery list.

It can be a good idea to add it to your grocery list. I haven't tried it with salt.

@dya80dya Sometimes a light sprinkle of salt makes it even better.
