Oklahoma City firefighters rescue a man who fell though a manhole.

Oklahoma City Fire Department firefighters answered an emergency call for a concerned person that a man whose name was not released to the public fell through a manhole cover on West Britton Road on Thursday morning. The firefighters used a short haul system to enter into the manhole to rescue the man to safety by getting him out of the danger zone. An ambulance came to take the man who fell into the manhole to a local hospital to be treated for his injuries suffered when he fell through the manhole cover. The authorities are trying to find out how long the man was trapped. The accident victim hopefully will make a full recovery from his injuries in this accident. Link is msn.com/en-us/news/us/...

I sure hope he will be all right, Still don't see how he could fall through a manhole, Perhaps texting and not looking where he was stepping,
