In bengal the mixed fried rice is very popular. In the fried rice some prawns are added which give taste. The vegetables like peas, carrots and beans add to taste of the fried rice. Here it is cooked with cashews and kismis.

I love fried rice too, especially when it's packed with prawns and veggies. The addition of cashews sounds delicious while Kismis is something new to me. What is it?

At least, the kind of raisin that we have here in our place.
