High occupancy vehicle passenger was a dummy's head on a highway

I am sure that a female driver will learn her lesson not to drive over the speed limit on Interstate 5 near South 272nd street driving 80 miles per hour on a speed limit of 60 miles per hour on the High Occupancy Vehicle Lane (HOV) on Sunday July 14. Washington State Trooper Rick Johnson stopped the auto with the female driver who had as her passenger a mannequin bust propped up on a cooler and disguised with a jacket. Trooper Johnson did give the female driver a speeding ticket for her violation of the speed limit on the interstate. The amount of the speeding ticket was not disclosed to the public.
