Mutton liver is cooked in different ways in Bengal as compared to chicken liver.

In Bengal mutton liver is liked by the people more than chicken liver. Mutton means goat meat. The liver of mutton tastes better than chicken liver. It is cooked in different ways. Sometimes liver curry or kalija curry which are eaten with chapatis. In the mutton curry the liver is also cooked together.

For me all fries and curry or chutney to be eaten with rice only... Rice Rice rice and Rice!!

yes Judy goat is a mammal. Chicken is a bird. So their livers have different tastes

I don't think many people here eat liver. You never see it in the shops. We used to have sheep liver and bacon on the farm.
