Wealth is required to achieve a high standard of life and much yearned or talked about " financial independence" . Welath could be achieved from multiple streams of income or from a sngle stream. The amount of wealth required to be considered wealthy largely depends on perspectives and different lifestyle choices. The universal consideration of being wealthy is able to generate wealth without worrying about the day to day expenses. Question is how much money would it take for someone to be considered financial wealthy ? This of course differs from country to country and person to person. There is no universal rule that gives us a figure that defines the strata into middle class , rich or super rich. So, what's your take on the currency figure ?

I don't know really. I know people I'd consider 'well off' but not necessarily 'wealthy', but I couldn't give you a line where one ends and the other begins. I do have a friend I'd consider wealthy because she owns multiple properties, goes on regular holidays including cruises whenever she likes, and has a net worth of millions. I have another friend I'd consider well off as she owns her own home, she and her partner each has a car, and they cam afford to do spur of the moment things as they don't need to save for them. I've always had to save for anything fun so, what I'm saying is, I consider a person well off if they don't! I'm better off than I ever have been, and consider myself comfortably because I can pay all my bills with a little extra left over.

A fully paid house and property-- ZERO debt. ZERO credit card debts. ZERO personal debts. Debt-free and with a job. Wealthy means NOT broke.
