Decision Made LOL

Decided on BBQ boneless pork chops. Used Smokehouse maple seasoning, Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce..cooked them 25 minutes on 400°. Had Margaret Holmes Seasoned Collard Greens, and Taters.
Leg is doing good..now if I could just get my back in shape..LOL Always something!
What did everyone else have for dinner?

I made some potato soup, still eating lightly in the evening until I see my doctor tomorrow. It was very good, mixed it with taco seasoning so I invented taco potato soup.

That is what happens when Tom cooks...we could probably feed an army when he makes Chili, Spaghetti, or Goulash.

@Ghostlady There s only me and my friend. I don't eat much. She eats twice as much as I do and is so skinny.
