What will Thursday be? good or bad?

Hey there every 1, how's things been for ya lately?
I hope good & getting better, I went Friday to have
some lab work done cause I have 2 Dr appts Thurs.
1 with my main Dr & another 1 with my sugar Dr
so Thursday ought to be pretty interesting, I got
a call from my sugar Dr, that the lab work was good.
So I wonder if I will be hearing MORE good news
when I go to see him Thurs, after I see my main Dr?
the same day, I hope either 1 of them don't let me
think all is good & then hit me with bad news.
I'd like to think I would be hearing I can get off my
insulin BUT I don't think that will be happening
MAYBE I can hear their taking me off some of my
meds, that would be nice to hear, My weight is
staying at 150, my sugar is around the 100 mark.
Not real sure what the rest of it looks like till I go
see both Dr's & see just what they have to say
but Lets pray it's all good & no bad reports.

I hope your appointments go well! It sounds like your lab results are promising, and it’s good to hear that your sugar levels and weight are stable. Hopefully, your doctors will have some positive updates for you, and maybe you'll be able to reduce some of your medications. Fingers crossed for all good news!

That would be nice being it's been a little over
a yr + since I've been out of the hosp & rehab &
on the meds & insulin they put me on.

It's always nice to think things will just "reverse." I don't think it is realistic. I had a conversation with my mom yesterday as she has taken to having to use a cane. She thinks she will just do a few exercises and presto, no need for a cane. I had to break it to her things don't work that way. Aging is a FORWARD process, not a REVERSING one.

@2ndchances24 BS. If she gets cocky she'll be in a wheelchair after she breaks a hip or something.

@porwest well think about if it was you, would you
want some 1 to tell you what to do ? some people
have to learn the hard way, I KNOW that's not
what you want to hear, but people think they know
everything when it comes to their health & they
learn the hard way that they should have listened.

don't bust her bubble like that, people have a way of
making things happen you may think other wise, I was
on a Cain, & a walker as well as a wheel chair & I was
able to get rid of ALL of them within mons, so let her
do what she thinks she can & she may just fool you.
