Marigold farmers in Bengal get good revenue

August 12, 2024 8:47pm CST
In Bengal the marigold farms get new blossom from August to March. They farm the flowers in bulk. They are used to make garlands. There is good sale in the flower market. So the farmers get a good revenue.

I love marigolds for their resilience. They would not make much money from me. I bought some marigolds probably 10 years ago and have been growing my own after harvesting the seeds for years. lol

Marigold is in great demand from October to March and even beyond especially for Garlands. I think if someone has the skills and business acumen, this is a good Business to do.

Initially, I thought Marigold was a brand for butter products. It’s funny how far off I was. As you can tell, I’m not very familiar with flowers, but the ones in the photo look beautiful.
