Ankle Doctor tomorrow

Stayed home and did exercises now and then...calf hurting again. We had left overs from last night, so I didn't have to cook. Trying to think of something good to have tomorrow night that is easy to make. Might hit up Publix and see what kind of meals they have ready to bake in the meat section. Have an appointment with the ankle doctor..Brandon...not sure if that is a first or last name. LOL Will be asking about maybe a shot in the ankle, or maybe a muscle relaxer for the calf. I hate taking pain meds even muscle relaxers, but so tired of hurting.

I did...went to Publix and got some BoarsHead Ham and Roast Beef, and a box of already cooked BoarsHead Bacon..and some Kaiser buns. Can't wait.

Maybe he can give you a cortisone shot. I hope he has a solution for you. Have a good weekend.
