I´m waiting for news from the US.

Today we will be able to watch the Democrat´s convention on TV. That did not happen years ago but now I will just wait until it is time to sit cozilly in my own house, thousand miles from the US. I imagine that many of you, friends, are waiting eagerly for this. I have been learning more about Kamala Harris but one of the things I like of her is that she is young. In my country I also applauded when old politicians gave way to a much younger person. A young president is not all a country needs but it helps. And although there are some problems due to lack of age and experience, there is a drive that very old people (who should retire to become grandmas and grandpas) don´t have. Being a President is difficult. People age a lot in the years they are in office. From my own experience, people around 80 years of age should do something else. Now it is time to start listening.
