Brought my husband chicken lo mein and a cake for his birthday yesterday. He had a good time. Breakfast - Protein bar Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Chicken breast stuffed with broccoli, mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts Dessert/Snack - Chocolate chip muffin, birthday cake Dinner - Ham/Provolone sandwich What did you eat yesterday? When I get Lo Mein I always prefer shrimp Lo Mein. But I am sure he really enjoyed that and I hope you got some Chinese too. For dinner we had breakfast burritos with tater tots. Yummy.

@LindaOHio For this round, I just scrambled up some eggs with some ham, onions and green pepper in them and then put a little sour cream on the tortilla, added the eggs and some cheese and a dabble of salsa, folded them and that was it. If I make them "proper," I usually cook the eggs with pork sausage and add the other stuff, and sometimes will put the tater tots inside the burrito for an added touch. If I am feeling really adventurous, I will use bacon instead of pork sausage.

I had a turkey sub and chips for lunch before I went to the fair, a pineapple whip at the fair, and taters & chicken rice & applesauce & yogurt for dinner.
