Good rainy afternoon.

Well, as the title implies, we're finally getting some rain. Enough to make everything annoyingly damp, but it's keeping things a tiny bit cooler. I also didn't bother to open the blinds in the kitchen to keep it a little cooler, too. I have the laundry started, too. That's the big project of the day. George has been tube fed and has also been given his meds. I also have him in a clean shirt, too so I can wash the one he wore for the past three days.
I'll take what I can get.

No rain here. I am just preparing for the humidity which is supposed to kick in tonight and then head us into some pretty hot weather to come. The air will be back on either tonight or first thing in the morning depending on how it feels in the house as the heat wave kicks in.

@kaylachan Me too. Now I am wondering if the weather people got it wrong again. Humidity and heat was supposed to kick in full force last night, but right now it's only 65 and there's no humidity. I will gauge it throughout the day. If I can go one more day with windows open and air off, I will be loving it.

George was on my mind when I saw a break in the clouds while I was deciding to head out and thought he would have some nice sunshine. I wanted to get to the convenience store two blocks away the Kangraoo. Sometimes I wish it could hop to my house
Anyway, talk about weird everything outside looked dry so very early at 7:30 AM I thought I would venture out, My front porch was wet but I felt no rain so I took off. Got to the store and on the way back someone was spitting on me from above. At about 8 AM there was brilliant sunshine and I thought geez if only I had waited to go out and got some sun. So on throughout the day no actual rain and right now the sky is steely gray and I suppose it will rain, I hope the two of you had a good day and will have a relaxing evening,

My everything insisted it'd been raining all day, but so far, nothing. Sun is going down a bit still dark. Had rain at some point because the trash can is wet.
