Well, I feel very accomplished today. Just gave George his third tube feed, cleaned around his stoma, got the laundry done. Put in time here. I feel very accomplished. George is happy, and we only need one fan because it's finally cool enough.

Enjoy the comfort while it lasts. I listen to the weather radio out of Mobile, Tampa, and (when it’s available) Daytona Beach, and the heat will be back with a vengeance next week.

Yeah, I know. That's why I want to get George to the VA for his blood draw early in the week when the high is only 88. He has a doctor's appoitment next month, and we need to get his bloodwork done, first.

@porwest I'll give you that. If I can I'll be sure to stay comfortable. Even if it means a slightly higher bill for a month or two. I make up for it during the cooler months.

@kaylachan It only becomes an issue if the bills become unaffordable. So far they are nuts, but not unaffordable. And while there are many things I will sacrifice to save a buck, my comfort is not one of them. For the most part.

@kaylachan I guess that it's life for everyone. Time flies and 24 hours don't seem enough for a day to do all that we want to do
