And I was hungry ans my house was not appraised.
The young lady in charge of the selling did come though and asked me to please change the date. I told her that I would do it once but not again. I don´t like the be kept waiting.
So he will come next Monday. Now I will take my nap later than usual.

I totally understand how you feel about this situation. I, too, don't like to keep waiting on someone. I would also get annoyed and disappointed.
