Travel Video Watch: Mighty Himalayas - Sach Road Pass Trip

So I watched this video by people whom I have started watching recently only. They traveled to a district named Chamba in the Northern Indian Hill and Mountain State of Himachal Pradesh (Himachal itself means the Land of Snow). They traversed some very challenging terrain and narrow high altitude mountain roads. Their destination - a high altitude 4000 M plus height Sach Pass. Some great scenes all around yet I think it needs some training and daring to attempt such a road trip. Here is the video link :

My husband travelled some of those roads but not quite as bad. He said it was very scary.

@JudyEv Was that in Nepal? Nepal too might have such roads and passes.

@JudyEv Many of the terrains in Nepal are similar to what we have in Northern Mountain states of India. One such state also shares its borders with Nepal.

@nela13 Yes quite tough & risky. I have understood the route but not attempt unless the roads are wider and safer in the future. Although that's another factor that cutting trees and blasting hillsides for making, widening and improving roads in Mountains leads to instability and more chances of landslides.
