Not Chilly...Chili

Tom is making his Firehouse Chili tonight. Usually you think of having Chili when the weather is Chilly, but we would have to wait probably another month to feel even a LITTLE Chilly..But we LOVE Chili..so I guess we COULD turn up the AC..LOL Last night we fended for ourselves. I had a PBJ, and later some Mexican Street Corn Cheetos. Tom took some Jalapena/cheese sausage dogs, cut them up put them on crackers with provolone cheese and put them in the toaster oven to melt the cheese. Sure did smell good. Whenever we are both home, and have lunch we are never hungry for a big supper. I was going to make Tacos, but we decided to take the ground chuck and make Chili.
