As one of the good things the technology has is that it tells you about birthdates. Carlos was very happy with my call. He came to see his children and grandkids who all live here, in Santiago. I asked him whether he would come to visit me one of these days. And he immediatly said yes. I told him to call me a day prior to his visit so that I could thaw some meat. And to bring his toothbrush as we tend to talk until wee hours. Tomorrow I´ll go and check if the beds upstairs are made. And I´ll ask him to use my bathroom downstairs to take a shower as I have no idea about the heat of the water upstairs. I know exactly what he likes to eat. He has a sweet tooth. I remember once , years ago, we went to a Brazilian restaurant and while I ate all the different kinds of salty meat in a buffet, he ran and ate only desserts. So today 2 I did 2 mayor things. I took an appointment with the dermatologist and I invited my cousin Carlos for a long visit. Now I am going to stay until past 12. The hour changes and, as usual, I don´t know what I have to do with the clocks. But some gadgets work by themselves so I´ll just wait to see what happens.
