After Hearing Of The Experience

You know, how sometimes we just wonder about things. Well, I was wondering about the astronauts still stuck in space. I wonder if they thought about a chance of that happening, if they are afraid, and just how many more, after seeing their ordeal would be willing to risk it. Stuck in space, reminds of that TV show Lost In Space. I use to love that show. Thinking about the robot, that always said it does not compute, and now we have AI, just a persons mind on a wonder. If it were me, I don't think I'd ever want to go to outer space again. What about you?

I expect they have considered all the possible options. They are probably just getting on with their usual jobs - what else can they do?

Yeah, it’s wild to think about astronauts being stuck in space and the risks they face. The idea of being out there with no easy way back sounds intense. I get what you mean about "Lost in Space"—the robot was such a classic character! As for outer space, I’d be fascinated but definitely a bit wary. The thought of it is thrilling, but the reality seems pretty daunting.

Daunting is exactly the right word for it.

I would guess that when considering candidates for this type of mission they are given lots of psychological tests and are told about the worst case scenarios. I would not want to go, but some people love the idea of an adventure.

For sure, too much adventure for me. I like being on the ground.

I’m sure they signed something acknowledging being stuck in space was a possibility they accepted, but no way would they really think it would happen, don’t you think? I can’t imagine it myself.

I prefer to watch the outer space in the TV set. Same with lions. And big foot, should it exist.

Bit of a blow only going to the station for a couple of days and not getting back home for eight months! Kinda puts me off flying on a Boeing
