Easy night tonight. And before all you busybodies comment. No there isn't a vegetable in sight. Unless you count potatoes or the tomato in ketchup as a veggie.
While at Dollar General today we picked up Checkers/Rally's popcorn chicken and Dinosaur nuggets.
We had fries in the freezer so that's what we made for dinner. The child wanted dino nuggets, and Chris wanted to try the popcorn chicken. So I baked those and then made some fries.
Easy peesy.
The popcorn chicken wasn't the best, but it was okay. Lol.
I mixed some ketchup mayo and ranch seasoning to make a concoction similar to Red Robin fry sauce.
And that's a wrap-on dinner for tonight.

I had a few pieces of bacon. It was pretty good, but no one can really mess up bacon. Not even me.@thislittlepennyearns (68246)

@thislittlepennyearns It is 7PM. A friend brought us Taco Bell at 3PM so we might only have something light if we get hungry.

@jstory07 We don't generally eat at the same time every day. It really depends on when we get up, if we eat lunch or breakfast etc.

I had fries and iced tsokolate for snacks, and my family and I ate some meat with veggies and rice, all my mom's cooking. have a great day.

Your dinner sounds good enough for me. Sometimes I like easy peasy nights.
For dinner I made a casserole with some leftover pork. Just cooked up some rotini noodles and added in the pork, onions, broccoli, corn, sour cream, a can of cream of mushroom soup, minced garlic, oregano, Itaian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper and topped it with cheese.
Yummy.
