Crumbled breakfast 'bites'

When I opened the breakfast cereal box a few weeks ago, this is what I found. They are called weetbix bites and are meant to be bite-sized cubes of the cereal with fruit. It looks like it how thrown around during packaging and transport and almost half of it had crumbled. Anyway, missed having the crunchy bites with milk and made it like porridge. Should I have returned it - too late now.

My nephew buys huge bags of reject Weetbix and Vitabix for his goats. They love them but a lot of the biscuits have nothing wrong with them.
