What's for din? (Frugal-ish dinner for 7)

He child has had two buddies over all weekend. They decided about an hour ago they wanted pizza, so I scrounged together the cash we had on hand, and ordered three pepperoni pizzas from the gas station a couple miles away. When we called and ordered them, we asked how much they were because we were on a budget. We got 3 medium pepperoni pizzas, and it cost $37. So if you break that down it's $5.28 roughly per person. So that's a great deal. So not horrible. Especially to feed all seven of us, and there are no dishes to do except to throw away the paper ones. I'm sure those three teen boys will eat a whole pizza by themselves. So that's what's for dinner here? What went on the table at your house?

I had a piece of Mexican pizza (frozen pizza from Walmart). It’s a big ole sucker, and will probably last longer than I care to eat it.

@thislittlepennyearns It’s Red Baron, and was just $5.35. I don’t know how that will translate to Florida, but it couldn’t be much more, if it it is more at all.

Hell, an On-Cor meal costs $3.98 and it feeds the two of us here, so that's $1.99 a head and most of my meals cost around $5 to make. You know I am a money wonk, so you and I may disagree a bit on the definition of frugal. lol

Yeah, but you don't have teenagers. Who won't eat certain things. That changes it up sometimes.

@thislittlepennyearns Doesn't matter. Adults make the menu. Not the kids. You eat what I put in front of you. You don't want it? Starve. That's the way I was brought up. Miracuolously...I never starved.
