Momos are a specialaity of Nepal Once you start eating them you lose count how many you have consumed They are so good.I was in Nepal where I was organizing a conference of delegates from all over the globe connected with the company I was working We were invited to the MD's house a Swiss married to a Nepalese.
There was a competition of momos eating It was astonishing to see how these guys went on eating perhaps hundreds (lol)
Momos are easy to make and I have given them a try Just make a paste of white flour or rice with salt added. Flatten the paste to a round of around 2 inches fill it with any filling - shrimps, chicken mince - anything. close it and steam it You can eat them with ketchup or chutney

Yummy dumplings. I saw a video docu of a chef visiting Nepal and having these. They remind of Taiwan's xiao long bao's.

Although they are a Nepalese speciality they are easy to make and one sees them in many restaurants.

It is easy to make. If you like to cook then you can add this to your cuisine.
