Aha women, "can't live with them can't live without them" a phrase attributed to Dutch Priest and philosopher Desiderius Erasmus born in 1466. Wise man! They might drive you crazy sometimes, but you still love them. Same for men too. It can be a recipe for arguments and using people. Anyway, those thoughts might relate to the woman songs on today's playlist... ***GOLD DUST WOMAN- FLEETWOOD MAC- 1977 -Any Fleetwood Mac fans out there? This tune was off the bands mega-selling "Rumors" album. One of those rumors was the group using a lot of cocaine during this time. Another was the eventual breakup between Nicks and Buckingham. Christine McVie divorced John in 1976. Out of all this chaos came a great song. What do you think? *Any favorite Stevie Nicks or Fleetwood Mac tunes? TRIVIA CHALLENGE ***Now for our trivia music challenge for those who like to play along. See if you can guess the artists, songs or facts. Words in "quote marks" provide valuable clues! 1. This "English band's name" is a pun that references both "electric" rock instruments and "light orchestral" music. They eventually shortened their name and became known by "their initials." This group formed in 1970 and was unique by using "violins, cellos, string basses, horns and woodwinds to give their music a classical sound." By 1975, the band achieved global success with a couple of hits called "Strange Magic" and "Evil Woman" (our woman-titled song). -Do you know the name of this English band? 2. Let's keep that "English band" theme going, otherwise "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction." This 1969 #1 song was about two woman, one who was a "bar-room queen in Memphis." With extremely explicit lyrics this tune was as sexually charged as their other hit, "Brown Sugar." The band's song writers got the inspiration for this tune while living on a ranch in Brazil imagining they were Cowboys. With that mindset they wrote and titled this song after a name for "a cheap, disreputable bar often featuring country music." Some Black people have used this "derogatory word" to refer to a "white person." -Do you know the name of this British group and their woman-titled song? Don't be a "woman or man of few words" when solving these song and artists answers. If you're stuck and need additional hints just let me know in your response. I'll be glad to supply one. Or, as Stevie Wonder would say, "Don't You Worry About a Thing." Thanks for reading and responding to my music post!!! I will return with a new edition in the near future. Hope you can wait till then, lol. Stay tuned... Source- Wikipedia & songfacts.com

To answer your questions my favorite Fleetwood Mac song is "Don't Stop" due to the message. Answer for #1 is Electric Light Orchestra. Second answer is "Rolling Stones." Third answer I do not know.
