When it is cold I thaw a piece of chicken breast (not a whole one) and boil it with just water, salt and oregano leaves. I take it out and put an egg in the broth for the most delicious consomme. Often I share part of the broth with Luna and I make another dish with the piece of breast. Today I had cooked breast but it was not cold. So I beat an egg, sliced the piece of breast and dipped it there and then covered it in bread crumbs. I always have bread crumbs because I never throw away stale bread but grind it. And then I fried them. And I´m eating them while I mylot I confess that it is not a real lunch but more a mixture of snacks and lunch. Probably I´ll make a salad later on but not now. My knees are killing me after I hung a big load of garments. I don´t like chicken breast alone. But there are lots of delicious meals that can be made with them! I don´t much like chicken nuggets. It much depends on the brand and I never remember to write down which one I like. But homemade breaded chicken breast is always perfect. And then there is always the leftover egg that I also fry and is and added yummy bite. Do you make breaded chicken? many people make it with raw chicken but I get 2 lives out of them.
