The sun is down and I ate dinner. I found a bratwurst and fried it after cutting it. Meanwhile I heated a bun of French bread, cut it and ate both together. I came to my bedroom as my knees were killing me. I put Diclofenac cream on them. I hope it works. Later on I´ll go and wash my hand: it stinks. But I´m in bed and will not move until the pain recedes. Meanwhile I´ll mylot. I also have a book around and I can check on it. See you

@rakski The only thing that doctors give for arthrosis are pain killers. It is chronic and there´s nothing to do, really.

My knees do feel better while the meds hold. I should also use also some electricity (don´t know the name in English). I have the devise but I did not use it in winter because it was too cold and now I´m too lazy.
