Michigan State Trooper rescues a dog that fell into a gas line hole

Thanks to the efforts of Michigan State Patrol Officer Justin Van Nuil answered an emergency call from the owner of a female dog named Sophie who fell into a five to six foot gas line hole on Thursday evening October 10. Officer Van Nuil with the help of her owner managed to get the dog out of the gas line hole to reunite Sophie with her owner unharmed. Sophie was walking with her owner on Tuesday evening when the dog fell into the gas line hole at the time of the incident.
