Are you a skeptic? Or are you a believer?
Where do all the people go, that "they" say disappear at the Bermuda Triangle?
We talked about Bigfoot a couple weeks ago, so I figured we would tackle another hot topic for people. Some people think a bunch of stuff has gone missing, but wreckage hasn't been found.
Other people just think it's a fluke, or made up or anything.
It goes all the way back to 1492 and Christopher Columbus. He recorded in his journals that he saw weird blinking lights while out at sea. He also reported his compass having issues.
So what say you?

I heard a special once that there was something about that spot that caused disruption in electrical systems, and that’s why so many planes went down or ships got lost. They presented it not as aliens causing the electrical disruption, but a down to earth reason of intersecting geographical lines on a map. Who knows if that’s true. It’s fun to talk about.

Thats one of the theories they are talking about now.
Well right now they are talking about Atlantis, and Aliens being the cause. So kind of....
oooh road trip? Let's go to Area 51.

@AmbiePam We'll convince your new husband to show us around. I'm sure he knows something about it.

All I can say is that the downtown area of a larger city near us is the true Bermuda Triangle. I can drive all around that town, but if I ever find myself downtown by accident, heaven help me.

@thislittlepennyearns Well, Greenville NC has 90,000 people, so it's the largest city an hour from us. Not like some major big cities, but the biggest I'd drive in.

I can't remember where you live. But that's why I'm glad I don't live in a big city anymore.

It is just the area because a lot of weird things have happened in that area.

I just think of it as something we have yet to be able to explain. It is undeniable that something is happening in that area, but who knows what it is, and whether or not it just SEEMS like it happens there more than anywhere else because we take more notice when things happen there as opposed to other areas.
The Bermuda Triangle and its mysteries might just be more perception than reality since it has become a bit legend, and so we tend to focus more on it when something happens within it.

Watching Josh Gates I have decided there are a lot of crashes, missing planes etc that people just don't know about it.

@porwest No inside the triangle. I was trying to make the point that there are things happening there that aren't getting coverage as well.

@thislittlepennyearns Outside of the Bermuda Triangle? Yeah, I'd agree. Like I said, if it's outside of the Triangle it's not going to get the same kind of coverage.
