Onion flower is cooked with cauliflower and potatoes and eaten as curry

In bengal from october onion flower is a very popular vegetable. It is called peyanjkoli in bengali. Benglies boil the vegetable cut them into small pieces and cook with cauliflower and potatoes. Sometimes some prawns are also added. It is a tasty dish which can be eaten both with chapatis and rice.

Yeah we sometimes cook it with curd and a ton of other spices though. Tastes really well.
