Lau chingri is a delicious dish for bengalies.

Lau is the bengali term for bottlegourd. Chingri is the bengali term for prawns. Bottlegourd and potatoes with peas are cooked together with the prawns and it becomes lau chingri. It is very tasty. It can be eaten with rice and also chapatis.

I'm sure I've never had bottlegourd but it sounds a tasty dish.
