What's for din? October 30. 2024

Nothing that exciting. Leftovers tonight. I had some leftover bbq chicken, cheesy mashed potatoes and half a slice of pizza. I didn't feel like cooking and no one was really that hungry . So that's what we did. I think I got she child's phone figured out, hopefully. She seems to be satisfied with it . At least for now. Anyway. That's what went on the table, what did you have?

I had some Rosemary and Garlic with Triscuits. I wasn’t too hungry.

I had a microwave lamb casserole, now I've got a sense of taste back. I went back to the old childhood thing of having bread and butter on the side

It was a wonderfully delightful pork and kraut night. Gosh, I love that dish. Seasoned and browned my pork butt steaks. Then added in a can of sauerkraut, some chicken broth, a little dash of brown sugar to reduce some of the "zing" of the kraut, a dash of Worcestershire sauce, and tossed sliced carrots around the edges. GOOD EATS!
