Been re-organizing my desk to get my new computer situated. Love that is so much thinner and smaller than my old one. I can put it just about anywhere. Mad my Mexican Lasange last night. Tom sure loves that. I am not a big fan of it, but I added some doritos to mine to give me a little crunch. LOL Actually it really made it a LOT better tasting for me. And I lightened up on the cheese this time. I usually put cheese on the bottom tortilla then taco meat, then more cheese. This time I did that on the bottom layer, but the rest of the layers, I only put cheese on top of the meat sauce, not on the bottom. I think it made it better. Think I will do that from now on.

It sounds good if it isn't real spicy.

Can't make it spicy..Tom doesn't like spicey...well not real spicy. I used regular taco mix, and mild taco sauce.

Vince is always tweaking his recipes too. TV screen are so much less cumbersome now too although they're probably larger than ever.

Food sounded interesting and spicy. Glad to read you love your new thin and sleek laptop. Just a word of caution , laptops which are sleek and thin are usually heavy maintainence. So , it would be super duper careful with that laptop , because any damage could have more impact on more components in laptop compared to larger ones. I have such experiences and hence sharing with you. Even if the the bezels are metallic , its best to be careful in dealing with ot. Consider it as a baby. Then, it should last for you hopefully for 5+ years . Enjoy the day and weekend!

Not a Laptop. It is a Tower. I had a laptop years ago and we had a bad thunderstorm and it caused a surge and fried my laptop. So not I only get Towers. The tower I have now is over 7 years old.
