Thanks to the actions of a concerned citizen who heard the pleas for help of a man who had been trapped in a ditch drainage manhole for three days and two nights in Little Rock Arkansas near a bridge, the Little Rock Fire Department firefighters found one of the ditch drainage lid partially open.
Fire captain Doug Coffman mentioned that with the help of the North Little Rock Fire Department, the firefighters were able to use a ladder to get the man who was trapped for three days out safely.
The best of the rescue is that the man who was rescued was not injured to the point where he would need to have medical attention which amazed Captain Coffman.
How did the man get into the ditch drainage manhole is not known.

I am in agreement with you. I also hope that there were no rats there either.

I guess the victim fell into the ditch drainage by accident.

I share that same feeling about being stuck in a ditch drainage.
