Recuperating

Took a bad fall tuesday, face planted on my way to Prayer Group! Thankfully no broken boned though I did break a blood vessel in my dominant hand, and messed up my face, scraped my knees, but again grateful for no broken bones

The older I get the more I worry about falling. I seem to get worse and worse consequences each time. I’m glad to hear nothing was broken.
