Seniors and self worship

Going by what I do every day to keep myself in trim I feel I am self worshiping. The kind of food I take, the supplements that are there in my dailly intake, medicines I take to lower my BP, a bit of exercise that my body can take, a bit of yoga - mostly breathing exercise, and last but not the least the time I spend to keep myself happy.
I sometimes feel guilty that I spend more time worshipping myself than remembering God and ask His forgiveness.
If this is not self worship what is?

@Shavkat As @LladyDuck says if we look after ourselves we will not be a burden on others.

@allknowing - I agree, but I am sure that everything we do to stay healthy is time well spent.

It's not bad to take care of our body, after all we are the temple of the Holy Spirit. As long as you're not overdoing it like thinking you're more than God Himself I think you're fine. Just keep your pride and vanity in check and you'll be okay.
You can go to confession for this if you are a Catholic too.

Confession if it is a sin to look after oneself and as others say here it is necessary to take care of ourselves and in your own language we are the temple of the Holy Spirit

Please don't feel guilty about it. Your body is your temple.
