I was actually pretty happy that I didn't have to pay out of pocket for anything when we went into town today. Which is always a win in my book. Our first stop was Walmart to pick up prescriptions for the sick kiddo. However we we're on a time crunch and that line was ridiculous, so we opted to grab the other stuff we needed and go back after we picked she child up from school. We really only needed tea bags so I could make sweet tea. We grabbed that, and then I went and looked at clearance, because I have found some amazing deals in that aisle. I found a little notebook on clearance for $0.50 when it's normally $2.97. So that was good enough for me. I had been looking for a little notebook to jot stuff down in. We also got a cold Dr Pepper because we we're about to sit in line for at least a half hour for school pick up. Online Earnings Paid for the tea, the Dr Pepper and notebook at Wally world, which saved me $9.15 out of pocket. We had a few minutes when we left Wally World so we stopped by Dollar Tree to pick up NyQuil cold and flu. That was less money. Spent a whopping $1.25 there. Didn't have to spend anything out of pocket, which is good because the budget is tight tight tight this week until I get some freelance payments in.
