I saw this first in HongKong. I tasted it first in HongKong. Now, I tasted it here in Makati. Well this one is plain and supposed to be eat like what you saw in the photo. In HK, they have different flavor and fillings as well. What's for breakfast/lunch/dinner?

You know I don't take breakfast and lunch.I take only dinner with a glass of hot cow milk mixed with honey.

I haven’t had breakfast yet. I’ll probably just eat a hash brown casserole I made.

Oh. This is first time I heard of hash brown casserole. How to make that?

@rakski A lot of people have different recipes for it, I’m sure, but I mix hash browns, diced onions, a little butter, salt, pepper, and Colby cheese together and bake. Periodically, I try different seasonings, but it just varies on what is in my cabinet at the time. It’s so good when the potatoes get brown and crispy, and the cheese bubbles.

That sounds wonderful! It's always exciting to try something familiar in a new place. The variety of flavors and fillings in Hong Kong must have been amazing, but it's great that you could enjoy the plain version in Makati too! whats the cost?

Maybe only the shape is different. Hopefully in Makati the waffles are also delicious to enjoy. Hmmm, this morning I made fried rice with fried egg
