Yep, you read that right.
We we're looking at things in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, because our goal is to get there in the next year or two, and I found the holy grail of tourist attractions.
A museum dedicated to Salt and Pepper Shakers. YEP. That's a thing. The website says they have more than 20,000 sets of Salt and Pepper Shakers and it's the only salt and pepper museum in the world.
I mean what more could you want?

I've love to visit that place. I was told once that, years ago, ornaments had some sort of tarriff on them but if you made them into salt and papper shakers then the tariff was much less or maybe non-existent. It was a long time ago! lol

Nice! Weird but unique.... And very witty for a museum, i bet you will find a lot of antics and modern pepper shakers there. God bless and have fun.

That sounds really neat. My great grandmother collected salt and pepper shakers. She had a couple hundred . I winder what happened to them.
