Water delivery is late

I order mineral water twice a week because the tap water is not safe for drinking. The delivery person informed me that he would arrive around 1 in the afternoon, but he failed to show up, which made me quite upset. I couldn't sleep while waiting for him. He is still not here, and I really dislike it when people do not arrive at the agreed-upon time. Do you dislike it when people do not arrive at the time they said they would?

Of course i don't like delivery person break his word. However we have a storage locker for delivery goods.the delivery person put goods into locker, then send a password to my phone. So i don't need wait for them in case they are late. Here delivery person usually inform us they are going to arrive within a day,but not a definite time.

It's great that it works well for you. Here, water delivery is manual. However, for parcels, they just call me, and I do not mind waiting since they have different delivery times, which is understandable.

@jefferson126 They leave the parcels with the building's caretaker, but there are times when she is unavailable due to other obligations.

@Shavkat Haha, I haven't done that anymore since they are the only ones delivering water here. I just hope they won't do it again. If that happens again, I will probably talk to them nicely.

Do not promise a specific arrival time if you can't meet it. As simple as that.

i hope you get the water you ordered soon enough. i guess i'm too patient when it comes to these things, at least when it comes to deliveries. but if i made plans with a friend and he/she doesn't show up on time, it could make me a bit annoyed. but then i remember that i'm also often in rush and i arrive in the last minute
i'm not the one to judge

He arrived around 5:30 in the afternoon and wasn't sorry about it. Hahaha!
I completely understand. There are times when we’re late to our agreed meet-ups too, especially when we get caught in traffic. Haha

@freelancermariagrace maybe he was busy, don't be too mad about it
and no, it's not traffic. i got no one to blame but myself. sometimes i'm really bad when it comes to time management

And if they do not turn up they just do not tell you that they will not come and that upsets me no end

He told me he would arrive at the time he mentioned, but he did not show up. He should not have mentioned the time, so I did not have any expectations.

Yes, you allocate time for them, but they often do not show up at the time they said they would. It is annoying. Hehe
