I saw this quote as I was waking up this morning, getting ready to make my morning pot of coffee. I had to get up slowly though, because the two little guys pictured were asleep in my lap. When I woke them up, they stared at me like I had some audacity to disturb then. Then they snuggled back down in my lap. I must admit, they do make mornings sweeter with their snuggles. Even my unsociable cat was snuggled behind me on the back of my chair. My kitty cats keep life interesting and enjoyable. The best part of waking up is fur babies in my lap. lol

We don't have pets now but we used to love having a cat or two about the place.

they are so pretty 
i don't wake up surrounded by pet affection, but i get it often from my cat. she comes up to me and lays next to me, or climbs up on the table and lays near my laptop. sometimes she even tries to follow me to the bathroom
