Purple Yam Jam.

This is mostly available during Christmas season. Someone in our group chat in my village is selling so I ordered one. Me and my grandma used to make this when I was young. It is not easy to do and I don't time to make it now because it involves a lot of process so might as well buy it. Ours is much better in texture and quality though.

The most hardest part is the mixing specially when its getting thick.
I love it also, there will be lots of Ube Jam now its Christmas!
