I still have to decorate it, and add the skirt, but it is in its place of honor. Thank goodness for pre lit trees. I even put it away with a short garland on it but it could use another short one. Its only about 4 feet tall. I have a small one I usually put up in the bedroom too.

I like it, but it looks a bit Charlie Brownish, so I probably wouldn't display it.

@snowy22315 I understand that. I’ve had a few trees that sound similar.

That's wonderful, you can share us a photo if you are not busy. I hope we can also have our Christmas Tree up it depends on my mom.

I also had the tree up - I actually have it up before Thanksgiving, and I received some teasing from my husband for it. This year I decided to go minimalistic on the tree. It's narrow and about 5 feet tall, prelit and I decorated it with gold and white decors and garlands. Then I called it a day. At least now it's done, and some gifts are already placed underneath it. I wish I have the energy to go and bring out the bigger tree, but alas, I chose the easier way out.

Dealing with a bug tree is a big hassle.

I agree, the pre-lit trees are the only way to go. I would like to find a smaller 4 ft pre-lit tree to replace the 7ft one that we have. That is waaaaay to much tree for just 2 people. What a huge job to do. Our daughter-in-law has 4 small trees, about 18 inches here and there through the house besides her big tree. One of them is on the wooden play kitchen that the girls have. It makes it so cozy.

I am sure after the holidays you can find one 50 percent off. Not that they cost that much to begin with!

Ours is only three feet tall. Our cat Baby will climb anything taller. She broke our last tall tree.

Nico has knocked this one down a few times...Not this year, but the ornaments usually get him interested and then all bets are off.
