Blah, Blah, Day!

While it was nice and warm outside with a high of 67 degrees here, the sun only made its debut for about 10 minutes.
They said it would be partly cloudy to cloudy today and it was very cloudy! It was dark and dreary looking like a very cold winter day. However, we can't complain about 67F! I did my outdoor chores feeding and watering the chickens, picked a couple of eggplants and bell peppers in the garden and came back inside. I had to change to a short sleeve shirt since I had gotten hot out in a long sleeve top.
My husband played lazy today and went back to bed after noon arrived and I have been busy trying to get my kitchen back in order. I will be putting a load of laundry on and heading to get my hair washed while it is warm.

I have to put clean sheets on the bed still and decide if I want to change up the blanket. But, other than that it's been a chill day. George is watching National lanpoons Christmas vacation.

@kaylachan But you are not using the full potential of your washer and dryer if not washing full loads. They will wear out faster. And in the end you are using more electricity, because you are washing more.

@kareng I wash laundry twice a week on Monday and THuresday witout fail. I don't wait for the laundry to get "full" it's all the same water and eletricity in my opinion.

Finally finished my Christmas cards 2 weeks late. I hope they get to the recipients before Christmas. I know the London one won't. Have a good day.
