A walk among the treetops!

A walk among tree tops

We revisited the 'treetop walk' again and enjoyed the experience of walking on these walkways atop the treetops. The walk was mostly on these metal walkways, but the 2 highlights were a spiral staircase that took you even higher to a circular place to stand and a cantilever that swayed with the wind as it was suspended on nothingness! Very unique experience!!

We have some of those in America, but they’re not solid walkways. So no thank you.

I have seen similar arrangements on videos. Yet listening to a first hand experience for the first time. The Cantilever experience would have given a mix of excitement and anxiety as well !

@pitstop Hopefully they are made sturdy so as to withstand all the weight of people who come to it.

The staircase up the tower is spirally and steep.

We love these. There is one in Perth and one the the Valley of the Giants in Walpole.
